Privacy policy

This site is run by Dennis Pacon, operating as DP Media, North Vancouver, British Columbia. This page explains what happens to information you send through it.

What I collect

When you fill in a form on this site I receive what you type: your name, company name, email, phone number and message, plus the answers you pick, such as your state or area, your monthly ad budget, what you're asking for, and whether you have a website. The site host (Netlify) keeps basic server logs, such as IP addresses, for security. The site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

What I use it for

Only to reply to you and, if we work together, to run your account. I don't sell it or share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Where it's stored

Form messages are stored by Netlify and in my business email (Google Workspace). Both may store data outside Canada.

How long I keep it

If we don't end up working together, I delete your details within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as the work and tax rules require.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing dennis@dpmediaads.com. This policy follows Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act.
